What are the symptoms of complete miscarriage?

Pregnancy is a happy event. If you unfortunately have a miscarriage after pregnancy, it will become a sad thing. In today's society, complete miscarriage is also a common clinical condition. Expectant mothers must learn more about complete miscarriage and take more precautions in daily life. Below I will introduce the symptoms of complete miscarriage to you in a targeted manner.

Complete abortion means that all the products of pregnancy have been expelled, vaginal bleeding has gradually stopped, and abdominal pain has gradually disappeared. Gynecological examination shows that the cervix is closed and the uterus is close to normal size. The above clinical types of abortion are the progression of abortion.

The main symptoms of complete abortion are vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain. Vaginal bleeding occurs in those who have abortion within 12 weeks of pregnancy. At the beginning, the chorionic villi are separated from the decidua, and the blood sinuses are open, that is, bleeding begins. When the embryo is completely separated and discharged, the bleeding stops due to uterine contraction. The whole process of early abortion is accompanied by vaginal bleeding; in late abortion, the placenta has been formed, and the abortion process is similar to premature delivery. The placenta is discharged after the fetus is delivered. Generally, there is not much bleeding. The characteristic is that there is often abdominal pain first, and then vaginal bleeding. Abdominal pain during abortion is paroxysmal uterine contraction-like pain. After vaginal bleeding occurs in early abortion, the embryo separation and the blood clots in the uterine cavity stimulate uterine contraction, and paroxysmal lower abdominal pain occurs. The characteristic is that vaginal bleeding often occurs before abdominal pain. Late abortion first has paroxysmal uterine contractions, and then the placenta is detached, so vaginal bleeding occurs after abdominal pain. During abortion, the size of the uterus, whether the cervical opening is dilated, and whether the membranes are ruptured are checked, which varies according to the number of weeks of pregnancy and the process of abortion. Most patients have no subjective symptoms, and once the amniotic membrane ruptures, the fetus is expelled quickly.

Vaginal bleeding will stop soon after a complete abortion. With the regular changes in hormone levels, menstrual cycles will occur, and the cycle will not change due to abortion. If there is still no menstrual cycle 1 to 2 months after the abortion, and vaginal bleeding is intermittent, it may be an incomplete abortion, and there are still placenta residues in the uterine cavity. Curettage is required on the basis of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory treatment.

Complete abortion inspection is very necessary. The cervix is mostly closed and the uterus is shrunk to near normal size. B-ultrasound inspection shows that the uterus has a regular shape, there is no residual tissue in the uterine cavity, a small amount of blood clots can be seen, the cervix is closed, and there is no residue in the cervical canal.

The symptom of complete miscarriage is usually the expulsion of all the pregnancy products, but everyone needs to pay attention to the fact that of course it has a relatively small impact on the mother, but it is still necessary to properly adjust the body and mind, which is very beneficial to the physical recovery of female friends.
