How to cure endometrial tuberculosis

The appearance of endometrial tuberculosis brings great pain to patients. For example, dysmenorrhea is a common phenomenon, which seriously reduces the quality of life. If the disease continues to develop, it will also cause symptoms such as urinary urgency and frequent urination, making treatment more difficult. Therefore, endometrial tuberculosis must be treated actively. So how should this disease be treated?

Conservative treatment of endometrial tuberculosis: Endometrial tuberculosis can be treated with drugs, which can shrink the lesions of endometrial tuberculosis and relieve symptoms. The purpose of drug treatment of endometrial tuberculosis is to inhibit ovarian function and induce atrophy of the tuberculous endometrium. Drug treatment is mostly through hormone drugs, but the disadvantage is that it cannot be completely cured and the side effects are often large.

Radiotherapy: Radiotherapy has been used to treat endometrial tuberculosis for many years, but the purpose of radiotherapy is to destroy ovarian tissue, thereby eliminating the influence of ovarian hormones and shrinking the endometrium of tuberculosis. However, radiotherapy is very prone to recurrence, so this treatment method is not suitable for long-term treatment.

If the endometrium grows outside the uterine cavity, it will cause various abnormal symptoms, which is medically called endometrial tuberculosis. If it is not treated properly, it will cause dysmenorrhea or chocolate cysts in women, and in more serious cases, even infertility. Therefore, the treatment of endometrial tuberculosis is very necessary.

Gynecological experts say that endometrial tuberculosis is not cancer and is not life-threatening, but it has the same symptoms as some malignant diseases and is very likely to recur, seriously endangering women's physical and mental health. Therefore, it is important to choose the right treatment method.
