The part I am most satisfied with about myself is my current figure! I once weighed as much as 54 kilograms, which I couldn’t stand, so I made up my mind to lose weight, and lose weight in a healthy way!

I once thought about taking diet pills, but after seeing many reports about how people lose weight quickly but gain weight again quickly, I didn't dare to try it.

Later, I decided to follow the golden rules of weight loss emphasized in textbooks: diet control combined with exercise. In addition to not eating fried foods and midnight snacks, three meals must be eaten on time, and dinner must be finished before 6 pm, and no more eating after that. In addition, I will consume more fruits and vegetables to aid digestion. My favorite fruits are apples, guavas, and other fruits with low sugar content to avoid adding burden.

In terms of exercise, I will go running when I have time, 2 to 3 times a week, 30 minutes each time. I also go hiking or mountain climbing during my vacations. In addition to getting in touch with nature and relaxing, I can also achieve the effect of losing weight through exercise. This habit lasted for more than half a year, and I finally got back to my current 45 kg from 54 kg!

I think losing weight should be done slowly and with perseverance. Don’t be in a hurry to see the results. Let it become a habit. If you are determined, you will not be afraid of any temptation. I can do it, and I believe you can too!
