4. Dyspareunia. Generally manifested as deep pain during intercourse, it is more common in patients with tuberculous lesions in the rectouterine pouch or patients with retroverted and fixed uterus due to lesions, and the pain during intercourse is more obvious before menstruation.

5. Other special symptoms. A small number of patients may experience periodic (menstrual period) blood in the stool, urgency, frequency of urination, hematuria, and pain of masses on surgical scars. This is caused by endometrial tuberculosis invading the digestive tract, urinary tract, and surgical scars.
