How to use drugs rationally for endometrial tuberculosis

We all know that if a woman develops endometrial tuberculosis, it will definitely affect her fertility, so we must pay enough attention to endometrial tuberculosis. Once you have endometrial tuberculosis, you must go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time to avoid the deterioration of the disease.

To treat endometrial tuberculosis, you can try drug treatment:

1. General treatment: Patients with acute endometrial tuberculosis should rest in bed, preferably in a semi-recumbent position, to facilitate the limitation of inflammation and drainage of uterine cavity secretions; hot compresses can be applied to the lower abdomen to promote the absorption of inflammation and relieve pain; bowel movements should be kept smooth to reduce pelvic congestion and facilitate the excretion of toxins.

2. Removal of uterine cavity residues and other foreign bodies. Endometrial tuberculosis occurs after delivery or abortion. If placental tissue is suspected to be residual, it should be removed immediately while using antibiotics. However, it is advisable to gently protrude the uterine cavity residues and try not to perform curettage. Curettage can only be performed when the antibiotics reach a certain dose and the inflammation is under control to prevent the spread of inflammation.

3. Uterine dilation, drainage and estrogen therapy For chronic endometrial tuberculosis and senile endometrial tuberculosis, the cervical dilation method can be used in conjunction with treatment to facilitate the drainage of uterine secretions and eliminate the inducement.

IV. Intrauterine medication: For married patients, intrauterine medication can be used. Before the operation, the size and position of the uterus should be checked by bimanual examination. After the vulva and vagina are disinfected and the depth of the uterine cavity is detected, the sterilized urinary catheter is sent from the cervical ostium into the uterine cavity. The depth should be less than 0.5 cm. The selected medicine is slowly injected into the uterine cavity through the urinary catheter. After the medicine liquid has entered the uterine cavity, the urinary catheter is pulled out. The patient lies flat or with the hips raised for 1 to 2 hours, once a day, and the medication is discontinued during menstruation. Since this method can make the drug act directly on the lesion, it is often effective. Take ergot fluid extract or motherwort fluid extract orally. It promotes uterine contraction and discharges infectious uterine cavity secretions.

5. Antibiotic treatment and cleaning of the uterine cavity. If endometrial tuberculosis occurs after childbirth or abortion, if there is suspected placental tissue residue, it should be removed immediately while using antibiotics. However, it is better to gently protrude the uterine cavity residue and try not to perform curettage. Curettage can be performed only when the antibiotics reach a certain dose and the inflammation is under control to prevent the spread of inflammation. If there is active bleeding in the uterus, the uterine cavity can be cleaned with the use of a large amount of antibiotics.

Now, we should have a thorough understanding of how to treat endometrial tuberculosis. We hope that women will not have too much psychological pressure and actively cooperate with the doctor's treatment. Under the current advanced medical technology, endometrial tuberculosis is relatively easy to treat. More importantly, we must do a good job in preventing this disease.
