There are several manifestations of the harm of endometrial tuberculosis

Endometrial tuberculosis has certain hazards, which mainly refers to the spread of tuberculosis, which is a physical injury. A relatively rare situation is that it can cause infertility. Although its symptoms are obvious in most cases, it is often not discovered in time. This is due to the lack of attention to endometrial tuberculosis and the lack of accurate knowledge. Therefore, the hazards of endometrial tuberculosis are summarized as follows:

1. Leading to loss of sexual interest: Patients with endometrial tuberculosis, in addition to increased vaginal secretions, may also experience symptoms such as low back pain and abdominal pain, which can cause a rapid decline in the woman's sexual interest.

2. Harm to the fallopian tube and pelvic cavity: When acute endometrial tuberculosis is severe, the endometrium will be congested and the uterus will be tender. With further development, uterine muscle tuberculosis, fallopian tube tuberculosis and pelvic tuberculosis will emerge.

3. Cause infertility: The main pathological changes of endometrial tuberculosis are endometrial congestion and edema, a large amount of tuberculous exudate, and a large number of plasma cells and lymphocytes infiltrating in the interstitium. These changes are not conducive to the upward movement of sperm and the implantation and development of fertilized eggs, thus causing infertility.

According to statistics: patients are discovered after physical examinations. The main reason is as mentioned in the opening. Therefore, one should have a certain understanding of endometrial tuberculosis. Although one may not be professional or cannot make a preliminary diagnosis of the disease, one should be able to detect the disease in time.
