Why do you get endometrial tuberculosis?

Endometrial tuberculosis has become a common disease in our lives. Due to lack of attention to hygiene during menstruation, irregular menstruation leads to an increase in the number of uterine contractions, which leads to the appearance of endometrial tuberculosis and endangers our health. So, let's take a closer look at the causes of endometrial tuberculosis.

1. Menstrual disorders. Especially shortened menstrual cycle, frequent menstruation, heavy menstrual flow, prolonged menstruation, abdominal pain during menstruation, etc. These menstrual disorders increase the frequency and amount of menstrual blood flowing from the fallopian tube to the pelvic cavity. Patients with abdominal pain during menstruation, especially those with severe abdominal pain, will have a strong contraction of the uterus due to increased secretion of prostaglandins in the blood. At the same time, it increases the chance of menstrual blood reflux and the release of endometrial fragments.

2. Ignoring menstrual hygiene. During menstruation, the pelvic cavity is congested, the uterus is sensitive, and the frequency and intensity of contractions increase. If you do not pay attention to emotional regulation, excessive excitement, nervousness, irritability, anxiety and fear; overwork, strenuous exercise, sudden changes in body position; especially during menstruation, not avoiding sexual intercourse; unnecessary gynecological internal examinations, or excessive squeezing; using vaginal suppositories during menstruation, etc., it is easy to increase the chance and amount of menstrual blood reflux.

3. Gynecological surgery. Repeated artificial abortions will change the pressure in the uterine cavity and cause the uterus to contract. It is difficult to prevent endometrial fragments and blood from entering the pelvic cavity through the fallopian tubes. In recent years, the increase in caesarean sections has also increased the chances of endometrial implantation in the uterine muscle wall, pelvic cavity, abdominal wall and other parts. Failure to strictly follow the regulations on the placement of intrauterine contraceptive devices and untimely treatment of postoperative complications can increase the possibility of retrograde menstruation and endometrial implantation.

4. Reproductive organ abnormalities, including congenital developmental abnormalities and acquired errors. Congenital developmental abnormalities include uterine occlusion, vaginal septum, hymen occlusion, etc. Acquired abnormalities may be caused by artificial abortion, uterine cavity, vaginal surgery, vaginal medication, etc., which may cause adhesions between the cervix, cervix, vagina, and vaginal opening, and menstrual blood cannot be discharged from the body. The pressure in the uterine cavity increases, causing menstrual blood to flow back into the pelvic cavity. Therefore, those who suffer from primary or secondary menstruation should be examined and treated in time.
