What examinations should women take when they go through menopause? Gynecologists say: Menstruation is a physiological phenomenon of women. 1. Uterine examination

2. Ovarian function test

3. Pituitary function test

(1) Measure the PSH and LH levels in the blood: if they are higher than normal, it indicates ovarian dysfunction; if they are lower than normal, it indicates pituitary dysfunction or higher central nervous system dysfunction.

(2) Pituitary stimulation test: Generally, 15 to 30 minutes after taking the medicine, the LH value is 2 to 4 times higher than before taking the medicine, indicating that the pituitary function is good. If it does not increase or increases very little, it means that the disease may be in the pituitary.
