3. Drug therapy

(2) Fungal bacterial vaginosis To treat fungal bacterial vaginosis, you can use 2% to 3% soda solution to wash the vulva and vagina or take a sitz bath. After gently drying, place Jiaoyan gel disinfectant deep in the vagina, or apply nystatin cream to the vaginal wall, once every night or once in the morning and evening, for a total of 10 to 14 days. For example: Shuyin Qumei Powder, a pure Chinese medicine preparation, when using the medicine, first pour the medicine powder into a wooden basin, then pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water, and fumigate while it is hot so that the medicine can penetrate directly into the vagina. After the medicine liquid is warm, wash the affected area. Fumigation and washing once in the morning and evening every day.

What are the treatments for bacterial vaginosis? In addition to the above treatments, women still need to take care of themselves in their daily lives, such as eating more light food, changing underwear every day, and using squat toilets. When the vagina is itchy, do not scratch it hard, and do not wash it with hot water to avoid burns.
