Prescription: Wuwei Xiaodu Yin with added ingredients: 30g of Taraxacum mongolicum, 30g of Herba Physiophorae, 20g of Flos Lonicerae, 20g of Fructus Forsythiae, 20g of Fructus Achyranthis Bidentatae, 10g of Frankincense, 10g of Myrrh, 15g of Cortex Moutan, and 15g of Radix Paeoniae Rubrae.

If the dryness and bitterness in the mouth are severe, add gentian 15g and raw rehmannia glutinosa 15g; if the high fever is severe, add gypsum 20g and gardenia 15g; if the stool is dry and hard to pass, add rhubarb 10g; if the leucorrhea is excessive, or even purulent and yellow, add wild yam 20g; if the swelling and pain are severe, add Panax notoginseng powder 5g and take it with water.

2. Excessive toxic heat

Treatment method: Clear away heat, detoxify, resolve blood stasis and discharge pus.

Prescription: Xianfang Huoming Drink. Honeysuckle 20g, Licorice 15g, Pangolin 15g, Gleditsia sinensis 15g, Angelica 15g, Red Peony 15g, Frankincense 10g, Myrrh 10g, Radix Trichosanthis 20g, Tangerine Peel 15g, Saposhnikovia 15g, Fritillaria 15g, White Poria 15g.

If the pus has been cleared, remove the pangolin and soapberry; if the bowel movements are constipated, add 10g of rhubarb and 10g of betel nut; if the heat is severe, add 10g of rhubarb and 15g of coptis chinensis; if the patient is irritable and thirsty, add 15g of radix rehmanniae, 15g of gardenia and 15g of scrophularia.

1. Longdan Xiegan Pills: It has the functions of clearing away heat, purging the liver and detoxifying. It is used for those with initial swelling of the genitals, severe redness, swelling and pain, especially for those with eye pain, tinnitus, constipation, yellow urine, excessive leucorrhea and foul odor. Take 1 pill each time, twice a day.

2. Huanglian Jiedu Pills:

It has the function of clearing away heat and detoxifying. It is used for severe swelling and pain in the genitals, accompanied by fever and bitter taste in the mouth.

3. Deficiency of vital energy

Treatment method: Invigorate Qi and nourish blood, expel toxins and promote tissue regeneration.

Prescription: 50g ginseng, 20g chuanxiong, 20g angelica, 20g white peony root, 20g atractylodes, 50g astragalus, 20g licorice root, 20g poria, 20g honeysuckle, 20g angelica root, 20g sapodilla thorn, 30g platycodon. Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, take 10g three times a day, or add decoction and take warm in divided doses.

If the patient has soreness of waist and knees, add 20g of Rehmannia glutinosa, 15g of Morinda officinalis, and 15g of Cuscuta chinensis; if the patient has poor appetite, stomach discomfort and loss of appetite, add 15g of Chicken Gizzard Stone and 15g of Jiao Sanxian each; if the patient has dizziness and tinnitus, add a piece of pig spinal cord and stew it. 1. Sophora flavescens field:

Sophora flavescens 50g. Decoction, remove the residue, filter with gauze, add water to 1000ml, wait until it is warm enough to be comfortable to touch, sit in the bath and rinse the vulva, 1 to 2 times a day, 15 minutes each time.

Suitable for those with initial swelling of the vagina but before pus forms.

2. Single-effect ointment:

Gypsum and Phellodendron chinense are divided equally. Grind into very fine powder, then mix with sesame oil to make a paste, apply to the affected part of the swollen vagina, cover with sterile gauze, and change it twice a day.
