Common Misunderstandings in Diagnosis of Cervical Precancerous Lesions

The diagnosis method of cervical precancerous lesions is a topic of concern to female friends. Cervical precancerous lesions are one of the most common malignant tumors in women, with a high mortality rate, and are a nightmare for female friends. For cervical precancerous lesions, experts say that the earlier they can be found, the earlier they can be diagnosed and treated, the better. So, how to diagnose cervical precancerous lesions?

For the diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions, experts say there are mainly the following methods:

(1) Cervical photography diagnosis. Cervical photography is one of the methods for diagnosing cervical precancerous lesions. It mainly uses a 10mm microscope with a 35mm camera and a 50mm extension ring to form a camera. The image is projected on a 3.3m wide screen and observed at a distance of 1m. How to diagnose cervical precancerous lesions? Photography shows the entire squamous-columnar junction. No abnormality is negative, abnormality is suspicious, and no squamous-columnar junction is unsatisfactory.

(2) Colposcopy. Colposcopy is also a method for diagnosing cervical precancerous lesions. Experts point out that colposcopy cannot directly diagnose cancer, but it can help select the biopsy site for cervical biopsy. The diagnostic accuracy rate of early cervical precancerous lesions can reach about 98%.

(3) Tumor biochemical diagnosis. How to diagnose cervical precancerous lesions? Tumor biochemical diagnosis is also one of the methods for diagnosing cervical precancerous lesions. Experts say that in patients with cervical precancerous lesions, lactate dehydrogenase and hexokinase are significantly increased, especially in those with infiltration, which is helpful for clinical diagnosis.

(4) Fluorescence examination. How to diagnose cervical precancerous lesions? Fluorescence examination can also be used to diagnose cervical precancerous lesions. The lesions can be diagnosed by using the mechanism that cancerous tissue and normal tissue absorb different amounts of fluorescent dye and display different colors to diagnose whether there is cancer.

In addition, it should be noted that the above-mentioned examinations are important links in diagnosis, but biopsy is the most reliable basis for diagnosing cervical precancerous lesions. Therefore, biopsy is essential for the diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions.
