Vaginal candidiasis is the most common gynecological inflammation, which can affect women's health and appearance. The symptoms of vaginitis are mainly increased vaginal discharge, itching and burning sensation of the vulva, redness and edema around it, painful and urgent urination, and various changes in the epidermis. Severe cases can cause great inconvenience to women's lives. So, why do women get vaginitis? 1. Not paying attention to personal hygiene, touching toilets, bathtubs, bath seats, towels, etc. in public toilets infected with mold patients, using unclean toilet paper, and wiping the toilet paper from the anus to the urethra after going to the toilet will bring the mold in the intestine to the vulva, causing inflammation; washing underwear and socks together, borrowing other people's underwear, etc., will also cause cross infection. Although it is not a problem to be infected once or twice, if it continues for a long time, mold vaginitis may occur. In addition, unclean sexual life may also cause gynecological diseases, and in severe cases, it may cause sexually transmitted diseases. 2. Excessive cleaning of the vulva. Some women are too concerned about the cleanliness of the vulva and frequently use medication or lotion to wash the vulva. This can easily destroy the acid-base environment of the vagina, causing imbalance and reducing the vagina's self-antibacterial ability, making it more susceptible to fungal vaginitis. In addition, diabetes and pregnancy can cause a large number of vaginal candidiasis to multiply and increase the rate of carrying bacteria. 3. The body's resistance decreases. When the body's resistance decreases, many diseases will occur. Candida albicans can lurk in the human oropharynx, intestines, skin and vaginal mucosa and can coexist peacefully with the human body. However, when the body's resistance decreases, or suffers from a serious disease, has a vitamin B complex deficiency, or uses immunosuppressants for a long time, it is easy to cause candidal vaginitis. 4. Abuse of antibiotics. Although antibiotics have bactericidal effects, frequent use will disrupt the natural ecological balance of the vagina, inhibit some beneficial bacteria, and damage the microenvironment in the vagina, leading to the occurrence of fungal vaginitis. In addition, the use of contraceptives can easily lead to the recurrence of fungal vaginitis, because the estrogen in contraceptives can promote the formation of fungal hyphae. |
