Exercise has a certain health care effect on pelvic effusion. Pelvic effusion can be divided into physiological and pathological types. Physiological pelvic effusion often occurs after ovulation or in early pregnancy, and can disappear naturally without treatment. However, most pelvic effusion is caused by inflammation, that is, exudation from chronic pelvic inflammation. A few cases are caused by ruptured ectopic pregnancy, corpus luteum rupture, pelvic abscess, chocolate cyst, and ovarian cancer.

Physiological pelvic effusion does not cause much harm to women, but pathological pelvic effusion is mostly caused by inflammation and is more harmful if not treated in time. According to experts, the main causes of pathological pelvic effusion are gynecological inflammation, bad hygiene habits, and medical infection.

Physiological pelvic effusion can be eliminated through exercise, while pathological pelvic effusion requires other conventional treatment methods. Here are some exercises that are good for the recovery of pelvic effusion:

1. Turning over in bed. That is, turning over and over in bed, from lying on your back to lying on your stomach, and then lying on your back again and again. If conditions permit, you can also do forward or backward rolling exercises to increase the fun, but of course this is difficult.

2. Handstand. Do it within your ability, pay attention to safety and avoid getting hurt. Of course, it is best not for the elderly to do this exercise.

3. Knee-chest position (exercise). Keep your knees and chest close to the bed, stretch your hands forward, and raise your hips as high as possible (higher than your chest). Once you are proficient in this position, you can shake and rotate your hips.

The purpose of these three exercises is to place the buttocks in a high position of the body. The purpose is to liberate the pelvic cavity, that is, to liberate the pressure of the intestinal tract in the pelvic cavity on the blood vessels and nerves of the pelvic wall and the blood vessels and nerves of the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, bladder, etc., to improve the microcirculation of the pelvic organs (including the ovaries), and to promote the absorption of pelvic inflammation and the improvement of corresponding nerve function.

However, for patients with pelvic effusion, try not to swim to avoid aggravating the infection.
