Efficacy: Nourishes the liver and kidneys, regulates menstruation and relieves pain. 4. Rub the lumbar spine Place your palms on both sides of the lumbar sacral region, and rub the lumbar sacral region vigorously from top to bottom for 0.5 to 1 minute, until the waist feels warm.
