Traditional Chinese medicine anal drip therapy for adnexitis

In addition to actively cooperating with clinical treatment with Western medicine and other treatments, patients with adnexitis can also choose the following Chinese medicine anal drip method for auxiliary treatment under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine. This is especially effective for patients with adnexitis of the damp-heat type or the stasis-heat type.

Chinese medicine formula: red peony root, red vine, patrinia, dandelion, salvia miltiorrhiza, and selfheal. The specific dosage depends on the patient's condition. If the patient has a mass in the abdomen, add Trillium and Curcuma to dissipate blood stasis and eliminate accumulation; if the patient has qi deficiency, add an appropriate amount of Astragalus to invigorate qi and strengthen the spleen; if the patient has cold pain in the lower abdomen, increase the amount of Patrinia and dandelion, and combine with cinnamon twig and asarum to achieve the effect of warming the meridians and dispersing cold.

Usage: Wash the above-mentioned Chinese medicines, put them into a pot, add water and boil them until 100 ml of juice is left. Apply it externally on the anus, 1 to 2 times a day. Generally, 15 times is a course of treatment.

Main efficacy of Chinese medicine in the formula

Red Peony Root: It has the effects of removing blood stasis and relieving pain, cooling blood and reducing swelling. It is mainly used to treat blood stasis, amenorrhea, hernia, abdominal pain, flank pain, bloody diarrhea, carbuncle, and injuries from falls.

Red vine: The rhizome can be used as medicine, and has the effects of promoting blood circulation, dispersing blood stasis and relieving pain, regulating qi and promoting blood circulation. It is mainly used to treat rheumatism, traumatic injuries, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea and other symptoms.

Patrinia scabra: Also known as mountain bitter vine, it has the effects of clearing away heat and detoxifying, cooling blood and reducing swelling, eliminating carbuncle and draining pus, removing blood stasis and relieving pain. It is mainly used to treat intestinal carbuncle, high fever of lung carbuncle, coughing up pus and blood, heat and toxic sores, chest and abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea and other symptoms.

Dandelion: Contains taraxacin, taraxacin, choline, organic acid, inulin and other nutrients, and has diuretic, laxative and jaundice-relieving effects.
