Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is a chronic inflammation caused by infection of the connective tissue around the female reproductive system. 1. Ginger and jujube porridge

Ingredients: 12 grams of fresh ginger, 6 dates, 90 grams of polished rice.

Preparation: Wash and chop the ginger, put it into the pot together with jujube and glutinous rice, and wait until the glutinous rice is cooked. Eat it twice a day, morning and evening. It can be taken frequently.

2. Black sesame and Poria cocos porridge

Ingredients: 6 grams of black sesame, 20 grams of Poria cocos, and 60 grams of polished rice.

Method: Chop the Poria cocos, put it into a pot, add appropriate amount of water and boil for a while, then add black sesame seeds and japonica rice. After the japonica rice is cooked, eat it twice a day, morning and evening. Take it continuously for 15 days as a course of treatment.

3. Yam porridge

Ingredients: 60 grams of dried yam or 120 grams of fresh yam, 60 grams of japonica rice.

Preparation method: Wash the yam and cut it into slices, put it into the pot together with the glutinous rice, and wait until the glutinous rice is cooked. Eat it twice a day, morning and evening. It can be taken frequently.
