Preparation: Wash and chop the ginger, put it into the pot together with jujube and glutinous rice, and wait until the glutinous rice is cooked. Eat it twice a day, morning and evening. It can be taken frequently.

2. Black sesame and Poria cocos porridge

Ingredients: 6 grams of black sesame, 20 grams of Poria cocos, and 60 grams of polished rice.

Method: Chop the Poria cocos, put it into a pot, add appropriate amount of water and boil for a while, then add black sesame seeds and japonica rice. After the japonica rice is cooked, eat it twice a day, morning and evening. Take it continuously for 15 days as a course of treatment.

3. Yam porridge

Ingredients: 60 grams of dried yam or 120 grams of fresh yam, 60 grams of japonica rice.

Preparation method: Wash the yam and cut it into slices, put it into the pot together with the glutinous rice, and wait until the glutinous rice is cooked. Eat it twice a day, morning and evening. It can be taken frequently.

It is shaped like a sweet potato, with a dark-brown skin and a white or pink inside. It tastes sweet and light, and is neutral in nature. It has the effects of promoting diuresis and eliminating dampness, benefiting the spleen and stomach, calming the mind and tranquilizing the nerves, and can enhance the body's immune function.
