The reason is that you overestimate the intensity of your exercise, or worse, you are exercising seriously but focusing on the wrong thing!

Sign 1: Do your muscles feel sore the day after exercise?

Did you find anything? When you first start a sport or fitness class, it's easy to feel muscle soreness all over your body the next day, but after a while, the soreness disappears even though you're doing the same exercise. This is because your body has adapted to the intensity of the exercise. It is recommended to adjust the training content or increase the weight of heavy training on a weekly basis.

Sign 2: You haven’t changed your weight or body shape

After exercising for a period of time, you don’t feel any difference in your weight and body shape, but your pants are still tight and the clothes that you couldn’t fit into before still can’t be put on? Although weight is not the key point, if there is no change in body shape, it may be a warning that you are not exercising enough or the intensity is not enough!

Under ideal circumstances, continuous and effective exercise can help the body achieve a better ratio of muscle to fat. It is recommended to record your diet together with your exercise. In addition, if your exercise is mainly aerobic, you can also try to add weight training.

Sign 3: You rarely sweat

If you rarely sweat during exercise, it may mean that your exercise is always stable and you don't breathe heavily. However, if your heart rate does not reach a certain frequency, you cannot achieve effective intensity. You may want to add some training in the exercise menu that can clearly make you sweat and increase your heart rate.

Sign 4: It’s a little difficult to complete the last round of exercise, but you still have enough energy

When training, you have to complete the last round of weight training or run the last lap of the playground. If your condition is that although it is a little difficult, you can not only complete it, but even seem to have the energy to do one more round, this means it means that it is time to increase the amount of training! Even if you increase your training intensity to the next level, you may not be able to complete the last round, but that doesn’t matter because you have broken through your limits again!

Sign 5: You can chat with friends while exercising

Unless you are warming up or winding down, this means your exercise intensity is too low! When exercising, don’t forget to continue the movement or maintain your running speed while chatting. Make the goal to be achieved your first priority, and wait until after the exercise to talk about anything else!
