2. Pay attention to hygiene in public places

When women go out, try not to use the hotel's bathtub. When using a public toilet, put toilet paper on it first to avoid contamination from pathogenic bacteria in public places.

3. Avoid over-cleaning

To prevent cervical erosion, you need to clean the vagina frequently, but you should avoid excessive cleaning, otherwise it is easy to go too far and induce adnexitis because excessive cleaning will destroy the weakly acidic environment of the normal vaginal flora. Excessive cleaning can include frequently using feminine care liquid to clean the vagina, or frequently using disinfected pads.
