How to prevent adnexitis for those who sit for a long time

Sitting for a long time can cause adnexitis. People who sit for more than 6 hours a day have a higher chance of developing the disease than those who sit for less than 3 hours. People who sit for a long time can prevent the occurrence of adnexitis by the following methods.

1. Twist your waist and neck after sitting for a long time: People who sit for a long time should exercise for at least half an hour every day. Adults should engage in some form of fitness activities every day, such as running, cycling, walking, etc. People who sit at their desks for a long time should get up and move their limbs and twist their waist and neck after at least 40 to 60 minutes.

2. The backrest should be adjustable: It is best to choose a chair with an adjustable backrest when working, and ensure the correct sitting posture.
