Causes skin thickening: Leukoplakia vulvae can also cause skin thickening in patients, which is localized or diffuse white patches or spots, distributed in the labia majora and minora, and generally not in the vestibule. If the disease lasts for a long time and is more serious, the labia majora and minora may disappear, the urethral opening may atrophy, severe urinary incontinence, and difficulty in sexual life may occur.
