Want to be beautiful but suffer from menstrual cramps

Recently, cold air has frequently hit Chongqing, and in just one week, the weather seems to have entered early winter. But even though the weather is gradually getting cooler, many beautiful women do not want their slim figures to be covered by thick winter clothes, and they still dress fashionably in short skirts and stockings.

25-year-old Wang Wei is like this. Even if the weather is cold, she will wear a short skirt to go out. However, she never expected that this would cause her to suffer from severe dysmenorrhea.

Dysmenorrhea kept her from getting out of bed

Wang Wei has always been in good health, and she rarely catches a cold or has a fever. She is also a beauty-conscious person, so she likes to wear a short skirt when going out, regardless of whether it is warm in winter or cool in summer. At most, she will wear a pair of stockings when the weather turns cooler.

Wang Wei's wardrobe is mostly filled with short skirts of all kinds, with only a few pairs of trousers. Her friends are very envious of the petite Wang Wei's strong body.

On the evening of November 5, Wang Wei, who had been busy all day, took a shower early and prepared to go to bed. But not long after she lay down on the bed, she felt a dull pain in her lower abdomen. Wang Wei thought it was because the hot pot she had eaten in the evening was too spicy, so she didn't take it seriously.

At 6:00 a.m. on the 6th, Wang Wei woke up from her sleep with a vague feeling of worsening pain in her lower abdomen, and found that she had her period. She got up, drank a glass of warm water, and planned to go back to bed to continue sleeping. But the pain in her lower abdomen made it impossible for her to fall asleep.

After struggling in bed for a long time, Wang Wei got up again and planned to drink a cup of hot milk to warm her stomach. Unexpectedly, her lower abdomen suddenly felt like a knife stabbing pain and she couldn't stand up at all. Wang Wei realized that the dysmenorrhea that her friends talked about might have come to her.

Dysmenorrhea is caused by short skirts

Wang Wei, who has never been afraid of cold, felt herself shivering in the cold air. She quickly picked up her phone and called her friend, who assured her that this symptom was dysmenorrhea and asked her to take a painkiller and ask for leave from work to have a good rest.

At the urging of her friends, Wang Wei went to the hospital a few days later. Various examinations showed that Wang Wei did not have any gynecological diseases. Dysmenorrhea is caused by poor blood flow. If women get cold during menstruation, it will affect their blood vessels. Therefore, women should pay attention to keeping warm before and after menstruation, especially in the lower abdomen. In addition, they should avoid eating raw and cold food, avoid fatigue, and have regular eating and rest time.
