Ms. Wang, 38 years old, has had excessive vaginal discharge before and after her period for half a year. She went to the hospital immediately for treatment. Gynecological examination: normal vulva; smooth vagina, moderate amount of yellow and leucorrhea; hypertrophic cervix, moderate erosion, dark ecchymosis; slightly enlarged and tender. Physical examination: dark red tongue, yellow and greasy fur, diagnosed as chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. The syndrome is phlegm dampness and blood stasis, which accumulates and turns into heat, and the damp heat descends and accumulates in the uterus, which causes Ms. Wang to have excessive vaginal discharge, which is like rotten eggs, corrodes the internal and external vulva, and causes itching. Prescription: Pinellia, Tangerine Peel, Yun Fuling, Atractylodes, Atractylodes, Fritillaria, Leonurus, Corydalis, Coix Seed, Trillium, Curcuma, Millettia, Pangolin, Raw Astragalus, Euryale, Cortex Moutan, Phellodendron.
