Vulvar leukoplakia is a white lesion caused by malnutrition of the vulva. The patient's genital skin will have localized or diffuse white patches, which can spread to the inner side of the lower limbs, perineum and anus, and occasionally invade the urethral opening and vaginal vestibule. Vulvar leukoplakia brings a lot of pain and inconvenience to patients and their families. If it is not controlled in time, the white lesions will continue to spread and even lead to vulvar sclerosis. Since the disease is caused by malnutrition, in addition to actively treating the disease, it is also necessary to pay attention to daily diet and understand the dietary taboos of patients with the disease.

Patients with vulvar leukoplakia should eat the following types of food: ① Those with severe itching should eat amaranth, cabbage, mustard, taro, kelp, seaweed, chicken blood, snake meat, pangolin, etc.; ② Those with severe pain should eat lobster, mussels, sea cucumber, tiger fish, beets, mung beans, radish, chicken blood, etc.; ③ Elderly patients should eat more foods that have anti-vulvar tumor and leukoplakia effects, such as sesame, almonds, wheat, barley, wild melon, black-bone chicken, squid, black-banded snake, pig pancreas, chrysanthemum, black plum, peach, litchi, purslane, chicken blood, eel, abalone, clam, etc.; ④ Patients with weak constitution should eat more foods that strengthen their constitution, such as white fungus, black fungus, shiitake mushrooms, hericium erinaceus, chicken gizzard, sea cucumber, coix seed, walnut, etc.

Patients with vulvar leukoplakia should avoid the following types of food: ① Avoid spicy food, and strictly prohibit smoking and drinking; ② Daily diet should be light, and avoid fatty, fried, pickled and moldy food; ③ Avoid rooster, goose, shrimp and other irritating foods; ④ Patients with severe ulcers and bleeding should avoid warm food, such as lamb, leek, ginger, pepper, cinnamon, etc.; ⑤ Patients with severe itching should avoid seafood and irritating and allergenic foods.
