1. Mild dysmenorrhea

If the pain is not so severe that you cannot get out of bed, and it does not affect your work, it is considered mild dysmenorrhea. Symptoms of mild dysmenorrhea include obvious lower abdominal pain during or before and after menstruation, accompanied by lower back pain, but you are able to continue working and have no systemic symptoms.

2. Moderate dysmenorrhea

Symptoms of dysmenorrhea include unbearable pain in the lower abdomen during or before and after menstruation, accompanied by back pain, nausea and vomiting, and cold limbs. Moderate dysmenorrhea is unbearable and may be accompanied by mental depression.

3. Severe dysmenorrhea

Unbearable pain in the lower abdomen during or before and after menstruation, accompanied by back pain, pale complexion, cold sweat, cold limbs, vomiting and diarrhea, or anal swelling, restlessness, and bed rest. You may also need to take medicine to relieve the pain, which is the symptom of severe dysmenorrhea.

It can be seen that the symptoms of dysmenorrhea continue to worsen as the disease progresses. Understanding the symptoms and characteristics of dysmenorrhea is an important measure for women to initiate discovery and treatment, as well as to grasp the development of the disease during treatment and actively cooperate with the treatment.
