Stage III hyperplastic type: Severe hyperkeratosis of the skin, repeated shedding of the keratin layer, or scratching causing vulvar irritation, edema, cracking, ulceration and erosion, with itching and pain. The patient feels severe symptoms, but the treatment effect of this type of patients is rapid, and about 85% of the patients have basically eliminated their symptoms within one course of treatment.
