Causes of menstrual disorders

Causes of menstrual disorders:

Irregular menstruation is prone to occur in gynecological diseases, which are manifested as excessive or insufficient menstruation, abnormal menstrual period, etc. Due to irregular work and rest, excessive eating and other bad living habits, it will affect the female endocrine system and easily lead to irregular menstruation. Some gynecological diseases, uterine fibroids, endometrial polyps, etc. are all factors that lead to irregular menstruation in women.

1. Irregular work and rest. Due to the influence of life or work, often staying up late, or reversing work and rest time, this bad work and rest habit can easily lead to endocrine disorders and irregular menstruation.

2. Excessive weight loss. Uncontrolled weight loss or excessive exercise will lead to insufficient protein and fat intake in the body, thus affecting the normal synthesis of estrogen in the body, leading to oligomenorrhea or amenorrhea.

3. Emotional factors: If you are depressed, anxious or under great mental stress for a long time, the function of the hypothalamus will be damaged, and the ovaries will not be able to secrete hormones and ovulate, which can easily lead to irregular menstruation.

4. Abortion. Multiple abortions can lead to a thin endometrium, uterine damage that is difficult to repair, and even irregular menstruation, amenorrhea, and infertility.

5. Uterine fibroids. Women with uterine fibroids usually have symptoms of irregular menstruation, mainly heavy menstrual flow and long menstrual periods. The severity of the symptoms is closely related to the pathology of the uterine fibroids.

6. Thyroid. If the thyroid function is abnormal, the ovarian function will also be affected and menstruation will become irregular.

7. IUD. The IUD is actually a foreign body outside the body, which can irritate the endometrium of women, causing irregular menstruation and amenorrhea.

Menstrual disorders need to be prevented as soon as possible. You need to get rid of bad habits, reduce work pressure, relax, and stay away from electromagnetic waves and noise. Do not take medicine without authorization, do not smoke, and do not lose weight without authorization. Regularly participate in swimming, running, brisk walking, aerobic exercise and other sports, because exercise can enhance physical fitness and maintain body shape, but it can also relieve mental stress.
