How to tell if your period is coming?

Menstruation refers to periodic uterine bleeding caused by cyclical changes in the ovaries. Methods for judging whether menstruation is coming include observing physical symptoms, inferring the regularity of the menstrual cycle, and performing B-ultrasound examinations.

1. Observe physical symptoms: When menstruation is about to come, some women may experience depression, breast pain, anxiety, uneasiness and other symptoms. Based on these symptoms, you can make a certain judgment about the arrival of menstruation.

2. Speculate based on the menstrual cycle: Under normal circumstances, menstruation has a certain regularity, which can be calculated by time. The normal menstrual cycle is 28-31 days, which can be calculated based on the last end time.

3. B-ultrasound examination: Before menstruation, the thickness of the endometrium is between 6mm and 10mm. During B-ultrasound examination, if the thickness of the endometrium is above 6mm, it proves that the menstrual cycle is about to come. However, each woman's physique is different, and the thickness of the endometrium when menstruation comes is slightly different.

During menstruation, women should avoid sexual intercourse and bathing to avoid bacterial infection. They also need to arrange their diet reasonably, try not to eat raw, cold, spicy and other irritating foods, and eat more nutritious and easily digestible foods.
