Or lower abdominal pain, or increased leucorrhea, menstrual disorders, heavy menstrual blood, dysmenorrhea, and unpleasant sex; patients feel very uncomfortable and should be treated immediately and actively until the effusion is absorbed and dissipated.

1. Feeling of falling, pain in the lower abdomen and lumbar sacral region

The main symptoms are lower abdominal pain, pain on one or both sides of the lower abdomen, scar adhesions caused by chronic inflammation, and pelvic congestion, which can lead to lower abdominal swelling, pain, and lumbar pain. It is usually more severe during fatigue, after sexual intercourse, and before and after menstruation.

2. Decreased immunity

The systemic symptoms of pelvic effusion are not obvious, and sometimes low fever and fatigue may occur. For patients with a long course of illness, some patients may experience symptoms of neurasthenia, such as depression, general discomfort, insomnia, etc. When the patient's resistance is poor, acute or subacute attacks are prone to occur.

3. Menstrual disorders

Patients with pelvic blood stasis may have increased menstruation; impaired ovarian function may lead to menstrual disorders; and adhesion and blockage of the fallopian tubes may lead to female infertility.

4. Infertility

Infertility is the most common symptom of pelvic effusion. If a woman's fallopian tubes are blocked due to inflammation, infertility will occur. Generally speaking, during clinical examination, it will be found that the patient's uterus is tilted backward, restricting movement or adhesion.

5. Lower abdominal pain

If a female friend suffers from pelvic effusion, symptoms such as chronic adhesion and pelvic bleeding will appear. Some will also experience abdominal pain, swelling and pain, and falling pain. The pain symptoms will be aggravated, especially after fatigue or sexual intercourse.
