How to prevent spontaneous abortion

How to prevent spontaneous abortion

Spontaneous abortion is a common gynecological problem, which refers to the state of terminating pregnancy before 28 weeks. This situation is particularly harmful to the female body. It not only brings pain, but also affects the next pregnancy and leads to habitual abortion. Women must strengthen personal physical protection after pregnancy and seriously prevent spontaneous abortion. So, how to prevent spontaneous abortion?

1. Pregnancy at the appropriate age:

Getting pregnant at the right age can prevent miscarriage. People who marry and have children early are more likely to have miscarriages due to immature physical development. Older age will also increase the probability of miscarriage due to decreased reproductive function and chromosomal mutations. In order to reduce the risk of miscarriage, it is very important to choose the right age to get pregnant. It is recommended to get pregnant between the ages of 23-28.

2. Don’t rush to get pregnant again after a miscarriage:

If a woman has a miscarriage, in order to prevent a miscarriage from happening again, the next pregnancy must be strictly controlled and should be at least half a year apart. Because the uterus can fully recover in about half a year, and the body's qi and blood are relatively sufficient at this time, pregnancy at this time will not only reduce the risk of miscarriage, but also the fetus will develop more healthily.

3. Avoid contact with toxic substances:

Avoiding contact with toxic substances is also a measure to prevent spontaneous abortion. In life, many women have miscarriages due to exposure to toxic substances, such as mercury, lead, cadmium, DDT, radiation, etc., so for the sake of personal health and the fetus, do not come into contact with these things during pregnancy. We should maintain good eating habits and eat more nutritious foods.

Spontaneous abortion can be prevented by the above methods. Pregnant women are advised to take good care of their bodies, develop good eating habits, work and rest regularly, maintain adequate rest time, and avoid strenuous activities. At the same time, we should avoid rough sex, maintain a relaxed and stable emotional state, and try not to watch too stimulating TV or movies.
