It has biological media that rely on estrogen for proliferation and progesterone for differentiation and hypertrophy. After entering sexual maturity, the undifferentiated mesenchymal cells and immature smooth muscle cells remaining in the myometrium undergo their own continuous proliferation, differentiation and hypertrophy process under the action of the estrogen and progesterone cycle, and repeat for a long time until fibroids are formed.
