So how to recheck pelvic inflammatory disease? The following is a detailed analysis.

Pelvic inflammatory disease is one of the common gynecological inflammations in women. Many women are confused by pelvic inflammatory disease and are at a loss in front of it. If a female friend finds that she has pelvic inflammatory disease, she should go to the hospital for examination in time and treat it according to the cause to avoid other serious consequences and bring more inconvenience to her life.

How to review pelvic inflammatory disease:

1. Gynecological examination: If you suffer from pelvic inflammatory disease, your vagina may become congested, the secretions may be purulent and have a foul odor, and your cervix may become congested and edematous. If you find purulent secretions flowing out of the cervical opening, it means that there may be acute inflammation in the cervical canal mucosa or the uterine cavity.

2. Medical history diagnosis and examination: Women with a history of gynecological and obstetric surgeries such as childbirth, cesarean section, artificial insemination, and placement of intrauterine contraceptive devices have a higher chance of suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease. Women who have sex during menstruation or a history of unclean sexual intercourse are also prone to pelvic inflammatory disease.

3. General symptom examination: Acute pelvic inflammatory disease will cause high fever, chills, headache, loss of appetite, lower abdominal pain and other symptoms. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease will also cause mild lower abdominal pain, back pain, and lower abdominal distension. The condition will worsen after fatigue and sexual intercourse.

4. Physical examination: Patients with pelvic inflammatory disease generally have acute symptoms such as fever, increased heart rate, abdominal pain, and tenderness in the lower abdomen. When the lesions spread to the abdominal cavity, peritoneal irritation signs are positive, the entire abdomen has tenderness, rebound pain, and muscle tension, and bowel sounds are weakened or disappear.

5. Routine blood examination: white blood cells, 10x109/l, mainly increased neutrophils.
