What is the cause of the left ovarian cyst and how to treat it

Ovarian tumors are common tumors of the female reproductive organs, with various properties and forms, namely: single or mixed type, unilateral or bilateral, cystic or solid, benign or malignant, among which cystic is more common and has a high degree of malignant transformation. So, what is the cause of the left ovarian cyst? How to treat it?

To be precise, the left ovarian cyst is an ovarian tumor, which refers to the formation of a cystic mass in the ovary. Since it is a tumor, it can be benign or malignant, cystic or solid. The mortality rate of malignant ovarian tumors is high, ranking first among gynecological tumors. Therefore, once it is confirmed to be a left ovarian cyst, it needs to be paid attention to.

The cause is acidification of the body's tissue fluid. The body's cells are in acidic body fluids, which results in a decrease in the amount of dissolved oxygen in the body's normal cells. This causes a decrease in cell activity and a slowdown in the metabolic cycle. When it drops to 65% of the normal value, normal cells cannot survive. However, there are also cells that actively mutate by changing their chromosomes. The cell phenotype changes, and tumor traits are expressed. These cells proliferate rapidly, thus forming a true tumor entity.

Symptoms of ovarian cysts include:

1. Abdominal mass

The biggest feature of a medium-sized or smaller intra-abdominal mass, if there is no complication or malignancy, is its mobility, which can often move from the pelvic cavity to the abdominal cavity. The mass is generally not tender, but if there is a complication or malignancy, not only will the mass itself be tender, but there may even be symptoms of peritoneal irritation.

2. Ascites sign

The presence of ascites is often a feature of malignancy, but benign cysts such as ovarian fibromas and papillary cystadenomas can also produce ascites. Endocrine symptoms such as hirsutism, deepening of the voice, and clitoromegaly are virilizing cysts.

3. Cachexia

Characterized by extremely distended abdomen, marked weight loss, a distressed facial expression, and severe exhaustion.
