They are the "sugar control lunch box" for people who need blood sugar control or a sugar-reducing diet, the "victory lunch box" for people who need a low-protein diet, and the "stress relief lunch box" suitable for low-sodium and fat-reduction.

Huang Linhui, head of the Nutrition Department, pointed out that most people choose to eat out, and often use high-oil, high-salt cooking methods to achieve delicacy and deliciousness, which makes it difficult to meet the "National Dietary Indicators" promoted by the National Health Administration, which is to eat more vegetables and less red meat, more whole food and less refined food, diversify the diet, choose seasonal local ingredients, eat less fried and other high-fat and high-sugar foods, eat light flavors, eat less pickled foods, and use dipping sauces in moderation.

In particular, most of the people who seek medical treatment have chronic diseases such as diabetes, kidney disease, high blood lipids or high blood pressure. They often fill their stomachs but their health is greatly compromised.

Nutritionist Chen Zhixian said that in order to allow people to enjoy healthy and delicious meals after arriving at the hospital, they have cooperated with food court stores to launch three "healthy meal boxes" so that people with different needs can have healthier choices.
