HIIT is the abbreviation of High-Intensity Interval Training, which means "high-intensity interval training". Its developer is Professor Izumi Tabata of the Department of Sports and Health Science at Ritsumeikan University, so HIIT is often referred to as the "Tabata training method."

HIIT is a combination of anaerobic and aerobic exercise, which is very effective. ←→ You don’t use your muscles to their full potential.

This training method uses your own body weight to alternate between short-term high-intensity exercise and very short rest periods. It can achieve great results through short-term training.

Because it has the effects of both anaerobic and aerobic exercise, it touched the hearts of Europeans and Americans who advocate rationalism, and thus a craze started in Europe and the United States.

But if you ask me, I would say that this is not an all-out exercise. We must push heavy objects quickly to allow our muscles to "adapt" to this state before we can generate force.

It is impossible to continue doing exercises that are enough to make the muscles enter an "adaptive" state by just taking short breaks. In addition, low-load exercise that does not cause the muscles to adapt will often prolong the training time. The longer the time, the more likely it is that you will transition from anaerobic to aerobic exercise.

In this way, you are not exercising your muscles, but just exercising your cardiopulmonary function. Moreover, you must be very persistent to complete this kind of training. I think this will be very hard.
