Three dietary treatments for ovarian cyst patients

Chicken Soup with Yam and Walnut Kernel

Ingredients: 1 hen, 40 grams of yam, 30 grams of walnut kernels, 25 grams of soaked mushrooms, 25 grams of bamboo shoots, 25 grams of ham, a hen, and appropriate amounts of rice wine and fine salt.

Preparation: Peel the yam and cut into thin slices, wash the walnut kernels; blanch the hen in boiling water to remove the blood, put it in a soup bowl, add 50 ml of rice wine, appropriate amount of fine salt, and 1000 ml of fresh soup; place the yam, walnut kernels, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and ham slices on the chicken, steam it in a steamer for about 2 hours, and take it out and eat when the hen is tender.

Water chestnut, barley and fish maw porridge

Ingredients: 500 grams of water chestnuts, 100 grams of raw coix seeds, 150 grams of fish maw, half a tangerine peel, appropriate amount of glutinous rice, and a little salt.

Preparation: Wash all ingredients separately with clean water and set aside; peel the water chestnuts and take out the meat; soak the fish maw in clean water to make it soft and then cut into pieces; add appropriate amount of clean water into a clay pot, boil over high heat until the water boils, then add the ingredients, and continue to boil over medium heat until the glutinous rice blooms and becomes a thin porridge, season and serve.

Efficacy: Strengthens the spleen and removes dampness, detoxifies and resolves stagnation, nourishes the liver and kidneys, treats ovarian cysts with excessive, sticky, yellowish and odorous vaginal discharge, etc.

Braised Pig's Trotter with Peanuts and Lotus Seeds

Ingredients: 250 grams of red-skin peanuts, 150 grams of red dates, 250 grams of lotus seeds, and 3 to 4 pig's trotters.

Preparation: First, remove the hair from the pig's trotters and wash them. Use 1500-2000 ml of water and simmer for 3 hours. Then add peanuts, red dates and lotus seeds and cook for 1 hour. Drink 1 small bowl on an empty stomach every morning and before going to bed.
