I am 41 years old this year. Everyone wants to live a happy and healthy life against aging, but how many people put it into practice? How many people are lucky enough to succeed?

In 2020, I eat happily every day without worrying about my figure.

Losing 18 kg is not surprising, the key is not to gain weight again!
