You may notice a significant weight loss during the initial implementation, but the truth is that your body is just dehydrated. If you learn more about it, you will find their formula. They first ask you about your daily meal expenses, and then tell you that you can lose weight if you replace the same amount of money with this milkshake. Most people will be tempted, it’s just changing to drinking a milkshake, what’s the problem? In fact, there is a hidden crisis! ① Long-term consumption of meal replacements will cause the yo-yo effect! Assume that your basal metabolic rate is 1300 calories, and the total calorie consumption for daily activities and exercise is 1800 calories. You usually consume 400 calories for breakfast, 700 calories for lunch, and 700 calories for dinner. If you replace them with a cup of milkshake with more than 100 calories in the morning and evening, your daily calorie intake will be 900 calories, which is a full 900 calories short of the daily calorie consumption of 1800 calories!
