1. Don’t sit if you can stand

There are about 300 joints and 800 muscles in the human body. Sitting for long periods of time can cause our spine to repeatedly freeze in a bent state. Therefore, it is recommended that you choose a standing position when commuting, try to hold a meeting while standing, or drink while standing at the bar on Friday night!

2. Squat like a three-year-old

The "squatting" posture is actually the most relaxing resting position for humans. Soon after, humans lose their innate ability to squat.

"Squatting" has many benefits. 5. Do stretching exercises while watching TV
