1 tablespoon butter (if using salted butter, choose unsalted butter), 1 tablespoon honey, 1/4 teaspoon salt (omit if using salted butter), 1/4 teaspoon curry powder, a pinch of cayenne pepper, 1/2 cup nuts.

Salad Vinaigrette:

2 tablespoons coconut oil (use 1/4 cup if it's liquid oil), 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Salad Ingredients:

4 carrots cut into strips, 1.15 ounces chickpeas, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1/2 cup chopped red onion, and feta cheese.

(1) Preheat the oven to 120°C.

(2) Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add honey and butter and stir until it becomes syrup, add nuts so they are coated with syrup. Spread the syrup-coated nuts on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, then remove and cool.

(3) While the nuts are roasting, place coconut oil, vinegar, honey, and curry powder in a bowl and mix well to make the salad vinegar.

(4) Place shredded carrots, chickpeas, raisins, coriander, and onions in a bowl, add the prepared salad vinegar and mix well. Top with shredded goat cheese, chopped toasted nuts, and coriander.
