Japanese nutritionist Michio Kasai said that edible oils that are mainly composed of long-chain fatty acids tend to form body fat during human metabolism. A healthy oil jointly developed by Taiwanese companies and Japan contains health-promoting ingredients: medium-chain fatty acids extracted from natural fruits. They have different metabolic pathways and are directly sent to the liver for decomposition and conversion into energy metabolism after absorption. Experiments have shown that they are not easy to form body fat, making them suitable for people to manage body fat.
