I only wear makeup on special occasions like my birthday or Christmas. First, use concealer to cover the dark circles. After applying primer, use two colors of foundation cream to shadow and highlight the face. I focus more on the eye makeup. First, I use a brown eyeliner to draw the upper and lower eyeliners, then connect the ends of the upper and lower eyeliners and fill them with color. Then apply bright colors on the eye sockets, apply mascara, strawberry milk-colored lipstick and blush, and the beautiful makeup is complete. Normally I seldom wear makeup, I just put on some sunscreen and a light red lip gloss and I’m ready to go out.

diet

When I wake up in the morning, I drink a glass of water, then eat two slices of apple and half a banana. Stick to less than 100 calories and still supplement vitamins and various nutrients. For one meal, eat 3 egg whites, 150 grams of sweet potato, and a balanced intake of various fruits and vegetables. For the other meal, there is no need to restrain yourself and you can eat whatever you want. Of course, try to avoid spicy and high-calorie foods such as pizza, hamburgers, and fried noodles, and mainly eat light Korean food!
