Do you have sore shoulders? 3 steps to correct posture and reduce stress

Shoulder stretches to relieve shoulder discomfort

Do you often feel stiff and sore shoulders as you scroll through your phone and play computer games every day? This stretching exercise can relieve shoulder fatigue and correct posture in a timely manner. When stretching, sit upright and raise your arms parallel to the ground without bending.

STEP1

Keep your head up and chest out, and sit cross-legged in a comfortable position.

STEP 2

Put your left arm inside your right arm, crossing them to form a cross. Bend your right hand and use force to pull your left arm closer to your body until you feel a stretch in your shoulders and upper back. Stay for 15 to 30 seconds and repeat 2 to 3 times.

STEP 3

Place your right arm inside your left arm, bend your left hand, and use force to pull your right arm closer to your body. Stay for 15 to 30 seconds and repeat 2 to 3 times.
