Celebrity primitive diet loses 10 kg after giving birth

The "Paleo" diet, also known as the caveman diet, has become increasingly popular among Americans over the past few years. American fashion socialite and designer Kristin Cavallari lost nearly 10 kilograms in two months after giving birth to her second child in May, and regained her pre-pregnancy waist. American media revealed that Kristin Cavallari used this method, eating more fresh ingredients and exercising regularly, to successfully lose weight after giving birth.

The American entertainment website Examiner.com reported that Kristin Cavallari adopted the "Paleo diet", also known as the "Paleolithic diet", and quickly lost nearly 10 kilograms in 2 months after giving birth. The Paleo diet advocates returning to a Stone Age diet that focuses on fresh ingredients and fruits and vegetables and avoids processed foods.

Read the nutritional information carefully and select the ingredients carefully

Kristin Cavallari points out that obsessing over healthy ingredients is the key to losing weight quickly after giving birth. "I always read nutrition facts when I shop, and I avoid foods that have potentially toxic chemicals in them," she said.

In addition to exercise and breastfeeding, Kristin Cavallari adopts an organic diet based on the Paleo method, emphasizing high-quality animal protein, healthy fats and oils, non-starchy vegetables, etc., and excluding gluten, sugar, alcohol, dairy products, beans and processed foods.

"My diet consists of lots of vegetables, chicken, grass-fed beef, bison and fish, and I also eat some sweet potatoes and brown rice pasta," Kristin Cavallari said.

The paleo diet, which is popular in Hollywood, is a diet based on fresh fruits and vegetables and animal protein that have been available since the Paleolithic Age, excluding processed foods.

Kristin Cavallari's breakfast is usually a homemade smoothie, oatmeal or eggs; lunch is a salad or turkey sandwich; in the afternoon, she usually eats nuts and dried fruits, or potato chips with hummus, or apple slices with almond nut butter as a snack. The main sources of fat are avocado, olive oil and coconut oil in the paleo diet; Kristin Cavallari also likes to eat avocado slices mixed with olive oil and sea salt.

Breastfeeding + exercise to burn calories

Kristin Cavallari breastfeeds, and breastfeeding alone can burn 300-500 calories a day. In addition, she is also keen on sports. From the third week after giving birth, she exercises 4-5 days a week, 30-45 minutes each time, mainly focusing on exercising her legs and buttocks.

*Paleo Diet Is a Hollywood Hit*

Loren Cordain, a doctor of sports science, spent 20 years studying the diet of humans in the Paleolithic Age millions of years ago and proposed a diet plan suitable for modern people. He advocates the elimination of processed foods and a diet based on fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meat and seafood that were available in the Paleolithic Age. He also excludes foods that are only available in the agricultural age, such as cereals and beans. He even owns a registered trademark for "The Paleo Diet."

Hollywood celebrities who have adopted this diet include actors Megan Fox and Jessica Biel, as well as American country singer Tim McGraw, who claims to have lost more than 20 kilograms using this method.
