Ingredients: 113 grams of Dipsacus asper, 113 grams of Eucommia ulmoides, 113 grams of Cistanche deserticola, 113 grams of Dioscorea batatas, 113 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 113 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala, 75 grams of Angelica sinensis, 113 grams of Ligusticum chuanxiong, 75 grams of Panax notoginseng, and 1/4 chicken.

practice:

1. Wash all the medicinal materials, remove impurities, put them into a gauze bag and tie the bag tightly.

2. Add 5 bowls of water into the pot and boil it down to 3 bowls, then remove the gauze bag.

3. Add 2 bowls of water, put in 1/4 of the chicken and stew until the chicken is cooked.

Directions: Take once a week for 3 to 4 months.
