How to prevent adnexitis during menstruation

1. Pay attention to menstrual hygiene

Menstruation is a special period when women should pay the most attention to personal hygiene. During this period, the uterus contracts violently and the cervix is ​​often in an expanded state, which is easy to be invaded by bacteria and cause inflammation.
