Natural Rejuvenation Secret: Exercise Helps Detoxify and Makes You Younger

In the past, I didn’t exercise on weekdays because I was busy with work. On weekends, I would exercise for three to five hours, riding a bicycle for hundreds of kilometers. Then my body would be so sore the next day, and then I would not exercise for several days in a row before exercising again on weekends. This is actually worse than not doing anything. It's like not eating on a regular basis, then going to an all-you-can-eat restaurant and eating until you vomit. It's very harmful to your health. In addition, people think they are healthy because they exercise occasionally, so they inevitably indulge in eating and drinking. This is ineffective for weight loss, and the more they exercise, the fatter they get. It is because of the wrong method that they become fat people who exercise!

Why do we need exercise?

Look, turtles don't move, don't they live a long life?" Maybe the theory that turtles don't move but live a long life is correct? "I also know an advertising producer who is now in his forties. He has hardly exercised in more than ten years, but he shows no signs of getting old or fat. In fact, he still looks like a man in his twenties and is very lean. I thought it was very strange, but later I heard him say that he only drank Coke and hardly ate anything, so I guess that might be the reason? Indeed, after working with him on so many cases over so many years, I have never seen him eat anything. So, going back to the theory that turtles don’t exercise but are still long-lived, could it be because they eat very little? Since there is a method that may work, why do we still need to exercise? I personally have several reasons as follows:

①Eliminate fat and eliminate toxins:

I wonder if you have noticed the reports about Tom Cruise coming to Taiwan to promote his movie. Mr. Tom Cruise is now over 50 years old, but he is still so young and his muscles are so strong. There was a line of small print in his report: "Towne exercises two hours a day. After eating this big meal, he will have to exercise for an extra hour..." That's it, you have to exercise more to "eat" more! If we eat more than the turtle, then we probably have to move more than it!

I am a foodie and a complete foodie. Experiments over more than 40 years have proven that I love to eat, but without exercise, the calories and food residual toxins cannot be excreted from the body, making it easy for fat to accumulate and become fat. Coupled with modern food processing and farming methods, no matter how careful we are, there will still be some toxins such as chemical synthetics and pesticides that we consume along with our food. ② Helps to sharpen thinking:

Want a sharp mind? I wonder if friends who have the habit of exercising have the same situation as me. Every time when I exercise or after exercise, my thinking speed is very fast, my thoughts are very clear, and at the same time, I think with a very happy and positive emotion. Why is this happening? I had never thought about it until I read a good book "The Golden 20 Minutes of Exercise" which benefited me a lot, and then I exclaimed: So that's it! The book contains many great ideas on exercise, food nutrition, sports injuries, and weight loss, and almost every idea and suggestion is supported by "experimental results." The book fully explains "the complementary relationship between a strong body and a sound mind," which was very helpful to me.

In recent years, in addition to my growing love for exercise and my real experience of feeling younger the more I exercise, I have also read more related information with the same view: "The younger, stronger and more beautiful the body = the higher the proportion of muscle. Muscles will naturally begin to be lost after the age of 30, and the loss will be faster after the age of 40. Only by exercising can we retain the muscles lost every day. If the nutrition and training are appropriate, there is still a chance to strengthen them.

Exercise every day to stay healthy

If you don't exercise, your muscles will slowly be lost, which will accelerate aging, and eventually you will gradually lose the ability to move and think due to inactivity. Tom Cruise, Mr. Wang Yung-ching, Korean hot mom Jung Da-yeon, Ms. Pan Ying-zi who still looks young in her sixties, Aaron Kwok and Andy Lau who look younger than when they were young... all of these people have one common lifestyle habit, which is to exercise "every day"!

Personally, in order to "have more muscles = a younger, stronger and more beautiful body", in addition to aerobic exercises such as running, cycling and swimming, I also started adding weight training to make my muscles stronger and my body lines more solid. Doing a little exercise every day, even if it's just for twenty minutes, is better than doing nothing at all. The important thing is to develop a habit of moving every day.
