The Café Phase

  • Breakfast: Banana pear smoothie

If the ideal weight cannot be achieved in the first phase, the second phase can help you lose about 3.5 to 5 kg in 3 weeks. The second phase lasts about 3 weeks. During this period, remember to supplement multivitamins and drink plenty of water.

  • Breakfast: Black coffee, herbal tea and unsweetened tea as much as possible, plus 3/4 cup of zero-fat yogurt and 1 cup of skim milk.

  • There is no limit to the amount of lettuce salad for lunch and dinner . You can use lemon vinegar, mustard, green onions, garlic and other spices instead of salad dressing for seasoning, and add 85 grams of lean meat or fish, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup of zero-fat yogurt, and 1 serving of fruit.

  • Breakfast: 1 slice of French bread with 2 spoons of butter, 3/4 cup of zero-fat yogurt, and 1 orange.

  • Lunch: Beet salad, stuffed beef, 1 apple.

Beet salad: lettuce, 2 sliced ​​beets, 1 boiled egg, 1 tablespoon lemon juice plus vinegar, 1 tablespoon cilantro, salt and pepper.

Stuffed beef: 1 1/4 cups mushrooms, 1 slice of lean ham (30 grams), 85 grams of beef, 2 spoons of chopped wormwood, a little nutmeg, salt, pepper, and garlic.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C, mix 1/4 cup of mushrooms with ham, chopped wormwood, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Cut the beef in the middle and stuff the ingredients into the beef. Add tomato juice to a bowl and place the beef strips in the middle. Put it in the oven for about 30 minutes. Pan-fry remaining mushrooms and garlic, season with salt and pepper, and add to the roast beef.

  • Dinner: grapes, cheese, shrimp or roast beef salad, 1 slice of whole wheat bread, 3/4 cup of zero-fat yogurt.

Adjust your diet step by step to lose weight gracefully

Once you adjust your body to the most perfect and most suitable weight for you, you will naturally feel the balance of your body and will not easily feel hungry or overeat. In the first two weeks of a weight loss plan, you may feel a little uncomfortable. At this time, you can choose a compromise method and have 3 meals a week without being restricted by the plan.
