Industry: Zhaoxin Inspection lacks credibility

In response to this, Jing Yinsong Company issued a statement on its official website, claiming that "all products have passed the SGS inspection company before being put on the market and are confirmed to contain no western medicine or heavy metal ingredients." The Taipei City Government Health Bureau stated that the cetilistat ingredient is still in the clinical trial stage abroad, its safety and effectiveness have not yet been established, and the Ministry of Health and Welfare has not yet approved the issuance of a drug license.

Regarding whether Viagra Plus contains any pharmaceutical ingredients, the Taipei City Health Bureau has conducted investigations, random sampling, and sent samples for testing in accordance with procedures. If the product is indeed found to contain cetilistat, it will be referred to the prosecutorial agency for investigation in accordance with the law. Those who illegally manufacture and import counterfeit banned drugs may be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than 10 years and a fine of not more than 10 million yuan in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act. If they sell or supply them, they may also be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than 7 years and a fine of not more than 5 million yuan in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act.
