Popular sweet actress Yaoyao attended the event as the spokesperson and shared that she usually relies on jogging to relieve stress and lose weight as soon as she finishes work. Yaoyao said: "Jogging is the most effective way to relieve the depression caused by a broken heart!"

Run big! At least 20 laps each time

Yaoyao mentioned that she once heard a fitness coach say that if you don’t know how to deal with a broken heart, jogging is the best way! During that period, due to work pressure and the difficulty in adjusting to being the focus of the spotlight, I went to the school playground near my home to jog almost every day. I would not stop until I had run 20 laps. After running, I would do sit-ups to sculpt my abdomen. One set would be 200. Not only did it make me feel relaxed, it was also very effective in eliminating belly fat.

Yaoyao said that in addition to warm-up exercises, her running training also includes listening to music. She can practice singing and exercising her lung vitality at the same time. After running, she will briskly walk for 3 laps and slowly walk for 2 laps as a closing exercise. After that, she will do 200 sit-ups, 10 in a set, alternating between fast and slow, and then do 50 on each side. Finally, she ends with a hand massage to push away the abdominal muscles that are prone to lactic acid accumulation.

Pan Jianzhi, a well-known psychiatrist who is often invited to talk shows, said that Yaoyao's ability to regard jogging as a lifestyle is the most important part of exercise. Jogging can improve cardiopulmonary function. According to a study published in the American Journal of Pediatrics, improved cardiopulmonary function can enhance brain function and greatly improve learning ability, increasing math skills by 2.4 times and reading ability by 2 times.
