Zhang Qiaofei, who is 172 cm tall and weighs 52 kg, has a well-proportioned figure. She is preparing to participate in the 2013 Miss Republic of China (Miss ROC) finals to be held in July. As for the secret to maintaining her figure, Zhang Qiaofei privately revealed that in addition to a balanced diet, jogging for 30 minutes every day is an important key to maintaining health.

Action: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, back straight, hands raised horizontally, and slowly lower your body. Your knees should not exceed your toes, and use your gluteus maximus to stretch the muscles of your lower body. Repeat for 4 beats.
